I have been attending Danielle's Red Hot Divas class on a Wednesday morning for a few months now. She makes everyone feel welcome, promoting a friendly and non-competitive atmosphere that can be enjoyed by everyone no matter what their fitness level or ability. I really look forward to 9.30am on a Wednesday!

Hi my name is Ivy Lander, I have been attending Danielle's classe's for year's . I always feel a buzz from the energy that she exudes,this inspire's me to put my best effort in to the class. Danielle has a lovely friendly nature, which in turn makes it easy for any one to talk about any health, and fitness ,issue's that they may have. She is incredibly professional and possesses excellent people skills.
She relates well to any age group and any fitness level and is always friendly and polite. I look forward to training with her in the future once I will be able to train properly again.

Hi my name is Lisa Merrington, and i go to danielle's classes at christ church on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I found them tough at first what with getting to learn the workout routines and getting myself through a whole workout but once i did i felt great. I found danielle really friendly and her classes very energetic and enthusiastic. I've been going for a while now and feel better in myself and so much more motivated it really is a great class,and there's always new exercises added to test your fitness levels and keep things interesting.

Danielle is a very knowledgeable, vibrant and enthusiastic teacher who obviously enjoys what she does. Her classes are fun and very up to the minute using the latest equipment and music. She will always listen to an individuals problems and ailments then tailor any part of the routine to suit them. I love going to Danielle's classes.

Danielle's classes are really friendly and welcoming, she makes an effort to know everyone by their first name and she is always pleased to see you. She is a highly motivated teacher who listens to what you want to work on and improve and she sets realistic targets for you to achieve. The classes are hard work but worth it!!!

I have been attending Danielle's calorie blast (ball class) and weekly for personal training for the past two years.
During this time my fitness,physique and weight have dramatically improved as has my attitude to exercise.
Danielle is always fun,positive and encouraging and she is always willing to go the extra mile,constantly keeping up to date, embracing change and introducing new equipment so that we never get bored. As a practice nurse i know the key to long life is by remaining active with regular exercise.
